Even now a reconciliation between I and Lenovo would be hard, I mean, how can you let an issue drag for 6 weeks? I've been using Lenovo products since 2009, but after this experience, for sure I will stop recommending Lenovo to my friends, I don't want them to live through this as well. And now I'm still waiting, because apparently Lenovo reps can only answer a single mail a day. Then I ask her to escalate the case because she is obviously not gonna help me. She ignores the request and states that if the device is defective then they will be able to provide a replacement. I ask the rep to provide me with a RMA so I can return it. I order a replacement, 2 weeks later I receive it, still massive back light bleeding in the upper right corner and on the lower edge. Received it 2 weeks later, right out of the box there's horrendous back light bleeding and when the blue spectrum is predominant there's shades of horizontal stripes across the screen. Ordered a Thinkpad P1 on april 15th 2019.
